Ingredients
  • 2lbs lean porkcut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2teaspoon MSG
  • saltto taste
  • pepperto taste
  • 2cans green chilieschopped
  • 8-16 soft tortillas
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300°.
  2. Combine all ingredients and let stand for an hour.
  3. Bake in a shallow baking pan for 2 hours, periodically pouring off any fat that accumulates.
  4. Spoon meat into hot flour tortillas.
  5. Spoon carnitas onto hot flour tortillas.
  6. Serve with guacamole and salsa.
